Refunds will not be issued if the original deadline was met, even if a revision was requested later without setting a new deadline.
Revisions & Grade Disputes
We offer unlimited free revisions and allow you to request a different writer. If you pass the assignment but don’t receive the expected grade, we will apply a 50% credit to your next order. If you fail the assignment entirely, we’ll issue a full refund.
Wrong Charges
If you’re double-charged or overcharged due to a technical issue, contact our support team with proof (e.g., duplicate receipts), and we will refund the extra amount. However, if the issue lies with the payment provider, you may need to resolve it directly with them.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can apply the payment to a new assignment of the same value.
Refund Process
To request a refund or report a billing issue, you must contact our customer support. Do not involve banks, legal bodies, or credit card companies. Doing so may result in you being flagged for fraudulent activity, and we may take legal action.
Refund Timeframe
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed within an additional 48 hours. Refunds are only issued if all policy conditions are met and the customer has cooperated throughout the process.
Refund Details
A “full refund” means 90% of the amount paid. We deduct 10% to cover transaction and service fees. Refunds are only valid if you remained in contact with our team and provided all necessary assignment materials. If you accept the work after a missed deadline, the refund becomes void.
