Privacy Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under specific conditions, primarily related to late delivery or technical payment issues.

Late Orders

Refunds are considered if your assignment is delivered after the agreed deadline, provided the delay wasn’t caused by missing information from your side or a lack of response to our experts within 12 hours. You must participate in the resolution process, as it’s a joint investigation. Refunds will not be issued if the original deadline was met, even if a revision was requested later without setting a new deadline.

Wrong Charges

Order Cancellations

Refund Details

A “full refund” means 90% of the amount paid. We deduct 10% to cover transaction and service fees. Refunds are only valid if you remained in contact with our team and provided all necessary assignment materials. If you accept the work after a missed deadline, the refund becomes void.
